@Capt_Navy: When you say it, I don't remember seeing any local reports of ballistic missile launches from Crimea. Onyx launches do get reported.

WSJ claims that tactical nuclear weapons are based in Lida. This is just clickbait without any evidence.
@WSJ published an article suggesting that TNWs in Belarus may be stationed at Lida airfield. A number of media outlets misinterpreted the information in the article, drawing a conclusion based on the headline: “Putin sends nukes to Belarus.”
In fact, there is no evidence of the presence of TNWs on the territory of Belarus in this article.
In the article, @WSJ refers to Lukashenka’s statement of December that Russia had allegedly completed the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus. At the same time, the next paragraph emphasizes that this may be a bluff.
The authors also refer to a CNN article of July, where they claim that the U.S. Intelligence (DIA) said that “they have no reason to doubt Putin’s claims about sending TN...

The Pyotr Morgunov wasn't in Sevastopol per January 6th.
Analyzing low res Sentinel imagery isn't easy so the occasional wrong IDs will happen to anyone doing it.
The ship in question turned out to be (thanks to @Varsevan) the Mikhail Rudnitsky-class salvage ship Sayany.
