@nukestrat @M51_4ever: I try to keep track of the Northern Fleet but one needs high res SAR to look at submarines with any usable confidence through clouds and darkness. That costs money and I don't have a budget to sp ND from.

Low-res Sentinel-1 is a bit better on flight lines. I think the southern parking area at Olenegorsk was full on the 4th, approx 6 to 8 large aircraft there.

Sentinel 1 analysis is a perishable skill and I don't have the same confidence doing that now compared to the heydays of the buildup.
