In Grozny, Ramzan Kadyrov met with a convicted sex offender and former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter.

Kadyrov handed over to Ritter a list of Ukrainian prisoners who, as he said, could be returned in exchange for the lifting of US sanctions on his family.

They also showed a video message from the alleged prisoners who asked to lift the “absurd sanctions that have no effect on anything.”

@ayazemir69 @NafoFreddy @CosminNutu53569: If Russia occupies the US State of Maine, and flies fighter jets there it’s not Russian air space, it is still US air space that is being violated by Russia. Crimea is Ukrainian Air Space in reality, not in theory.
