That the two ex-Royal Navy, now Ukrainian minehunters wouldn't be allowed to pass through the Turkish Straits has been obvious from the beginning.
Turkey is highly unlikely to do anything that changes the current status of the Straits and the Montreux Convention.

@Razvan1484598: I briefly looked at the canal back in summer and if I rember correctly, the issue is ship height vs bridges, taking this route off the table for the ships in question.

@Razvan1484598: Again, only going by memory here but the clearance of most bridges is very low by any coastal standards. Sailing there is for purpose-built ships and barges.
