I think Ukrainian air defence is effective but the real numbers are likely quite a bit lower than the official claims.

Intercept rate likely also varies a lot between strikes due to strike setup, different AD density in different areas etc.

As for the Kinzhal's today, I think I've seen a video of an impact.

Perhaps most interesting in this statement is what they say about targets.

That the two ex-Royal Navy, now Ukrainian minehunters wouldn't be allowed to pass through the Turkish Straits has been obvious from the beginning.

Turkey is highly unlikely to do anything that changes the current status of the Straits and the Montreux Convention.

@Razvan1484598: Again, only going by memory here but the clearance of most bridges is very low by any coastal standards. Sailing there is for purpose-built ships and barges.
