This is not to undercut the Ukrainian successes against the Black Sea Fleet but I think it's worth repeating:
The Rostov-na-Donu, Minsk, Askold and now the Novocherkassk became victims of land based airpower, known to be deadly to ships for 80+ years.

As for seaborne logistics to Crimea, the loss of another LST reduces Black Sea Fleet capacity but don't stare blindly at these numbers.
The way to move real tonnage, if necessary, is with merchant ships and here the restriction will be port capacity, not the number of ships.

@1stFinFreecorps: The number of missiles available to the Ukrainians is the key there.
That said, I think the long periods between these strikes could be enabling success by lulling the Russians, especially AD crews, into complacency.
