Apparently, those three Russian officers were killed as a result of recent Ukrainian strikes on a command post of the VDV/Dnipro grouping of forces somewhere in southern Ukraine:
1) Colonel Alexey Koblov - head of the department for planning of fire destruction of the enemy (operational command of the VDV staff);
2) Colonel Vadim Dobryakov - Operational Duty Officer - deputy head of the command post of the VDV [operational] command;
3) Colonel Alexander Galkin - Operational Duty Officer - deputy head of the command post of the VDV [operational] command.
(there might be minor errors in translation)
If I'm not mistaken, these strikes were first reported by VCHK-OGPU on November 1 (t.me/vchkogpu/43416).
