The three towers of the Al-Zahraa tower complex in central part of the Gaza Strip were destroyed as a result of Israeli airstrikes this morning.

🇮🇱 #IAF Gulfstream G550 Nachshon "Oron" SIGINT aircraft (callsign IRON, reg. 452, #738A69) continues its mission over eastern Mediterranean.
G550 Nachshon "Oron" is a new surveillance patform of the Israeli Air Force, equipped with an active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar, electro-optical and signals intelligence sensors such as a synthetic aperture radar (SAR).

The Israeli military has a "green light" to move into Gaza whenever it's ready, Israeli Economy Minister Nir Barakat told ABC News.

#NEW: NATO is intensifying aerial patrols in the Baltic Sea following recent damage to undersea telecoms cable connecting Estonia and Sweden, as well as gas pipeline linking Finland and Estonia, the Alliance says.
A group of four NATO minehunters is also being send to the area.

Russian air defenses were activated over Rostov Oblast in southern Russia on Thursday.
The Governor of Rostov Oblast Vasily Golubev said that an aerial target approaching the region was intercepted and destroyed.

- Israeli Defense Minister Gallant told IDF troops on the border with the Gaza Strip that the order to enter the Hamas-governed territory will come soon;
- The head of the IDF Southern Command, Major Geneal Finkelman said the expected ground offensive in Gaza will be "long and intense."

Four Russian BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles upgraded by Kurganmashzavod were recently destroyed/taken out of action by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, presumably on the Kupyansk front in Kharkiv Oblast of Ukraine.
These have smoke grenade discharges installed in the rear of the turret, as well as additional side armor.

@aprooval: On this front it seems that FPVs are mostly used by both sides to hit infantry in dug outs, partly as both sides have scaled back on the use of AFVs because they are so vunerable in this open terraine.

UAF unfortunately lost 4 UA International M1224 MaxxPros west of Verbove in mid to late September. Three are located. I finally found the 4th: approx 325 meters NE of tweet 265 at 47.432630, 35.935060. Its visible in 2nd film (pic 3) east of this stretch of the Surovikin line that we have seen much fought over (tweets 145-47, 160-62 and 264-65).
