Thoughts around Balticconnector and the cable:

Once again we are in a situation with a lot of uncertainty, many questions and few hard facts beyond the actual damage and Finnish statements that it was caused by "external actions" and "intentional".

This happened in an area with high maritime traffic and the timeline before the events are unknown.

While open sources can provide some clues, establishing exactly what happened is likely beyond the capabilities of OS.
