Today there were reports about drone attack on Kursk. Specifically on the FSB building and at the oil refinery near the Khalino airfield. A comment from a Russian source associated with Russian military aviation appeared, which looks to be connected to those events :
“Something needs to be written about Khalino.
It's difficult to write anything here.
My condolences brothers...

The @FCC needs to remove Ham radio baud restrictions and expand interoperability between allies. The US Navy & USMC must rejoin the USAF’s Military Amateur Radio Service program so commercial ships, dissidents and OSINT sources have a non-digital means of sharing information & intelligence if internet cables are severed or nodes are hacked.
