Seems this assessment, a few weeks old, wasn't that far off.
While no system is a silver bullet on it's own and limited numbers also limits possible effects, ATACMS finally coming (if recent reports are correct) is a milestone.

The optics of dragging out this donation has been poor, it enables Ukraine to sustain their strike campaign a bit longer and it can convince other countries to deliver their long-range systems.
