If the damage is repairable, this likely can't be done in the Black Sea and will take a long time to complete.

Good article on the Burevestnik nuclear-powered cruise missile related activities on Novaya Zemlya.
Not sure what they have been up to so far, but I suspect they haven't conducted an actual test yet.
Activities will likely continue, NOTAM recentlt extended to the 24th.
