Russian media claimed that a Ukrainian UAV was shot down by Russian air defenses just 4km from the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant.
The video shows a fire which broke out in the vicinity of a building in the nearby town of Kurchatov, allegedly due to the fall of the UAV remains.
The geolocation confirms that this building is located just a few kilometers outside the Kursk NPP: 51.659457,35.672396.

Ukrainian President Zelensky announced that Oleksii Reznikov will be replaced by Rustem Umerov (pic) on the of the post of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
Umerov, a Crimean Tatar, was previously serving as a deputy head of the permanent delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) and co-chair of the Crimea Platform.
