They are reportedly shelled by D-30 122mm howitzer fire spotted by 'Okhotnik' group of the🇷🇺810th Naval Infantry Bde.

Future Pacific Fleet's Project 6363/Improved Kilo-class diesel-electric attack submarine Mozhaysk (B-608) was spotted yesterday in Morskoy Kanal (Sea Canal) fairway in St. Petersburg heading out for sea trials. Photos by Alexey Akentiev.
Mozhaysk was laid down as the 11th Project 6363-class hull on 23/08/2021 and launched on 27/04/2023.
Commissioning is planned for the end of this year.

Taking advantage of longer range anti-ship missiles might require OTH capabilities Ukraine doesn't have. The threat environment means flying on the deck, limiting shooter sensor range.
And a Penguin hit will ruin the day of any BLKFLT ship.
