The training of UA soldiers can be done fairly cheap in country by private contractors or volunteers.

@BuffettMunger There are hundreds of thousands of other things going on. Another issue, a lot of stuff get stuck in western Ukraine in warehouses. That is why i like to donate to people working in close contact with soldiers.
