@TarasChuprynk I don't think one can maintain a legal blockade with USV as they can't board, inspect, divert or capture a merchant ship, only attack.

@AirPowerNEW1 @John_A_Ridge ATACMS can be replenished but USA choses not to do so. 500 ATACMS are made every year. But USA is replacing ATACMS with a stockpile of 4,000 PRSMs. USA also has 10,000 other more advanced, longer range, and more accurate long range missiles. USA will make Tomahawk ground launched

@PutinIsAVirus I don't think one can compare the USVs to mines when we talk about targeting merchant ships.
Offensive minefields are laid to target and restrict enemy naval vessels. The effect these minefields then has on merchant traffic is byproduct of the original, legal, use.
