Black Sea traffic and Ukrainian Danube ports:
Despite the Russian (and Ukrainian) declaration, there hasn't been any significant changes and as of now, Russia isn't trying to blockade the Danube ports.
I have seen no new NAVWARNS or advisories to civilian shipping.

If Russia isn't trying to enforce a blockade, no one are currently running it either.
The situation may of course change, depending on what happens in the area and is definitely worth monitoring.
Current reality looks like business as usual (post-invasion) though.
