After a quick look, I concur with @COUPSURE that the explosion was in the vicinity of this arsenal which I think is the 3413th Missile Technical Base (Navy), в/ч 13189.

After 3rd Company, 2nd Assault Batt, 3rd Assault Bde pushed south down the east side of canal (twts 96-99 +149-53), the 1st company consolidated. By weather likely 08 or 14 July. Fox holes carefully checked, weapons found + no casulties. h/t @vmanulik.
