Can't tell which side these belong to based on this imagery, but I'm inclined to think Russian rather than Ukrainian.
Fuel is a serious challenge for long range ops with smaller fast boats such as Raptors, CB 90s or large RHIBs, hence I'm skeptical of connecting these with Kerch

From where the boats are on the imagery to an approximate USV launch position south of the Kerch Strait, we are looking at a distance of 350 to 450 nm to cover, undetected before launching, in about 15 hours.
Even before adding fuel to the equation, that looks way too tight.
