So sad to learn of the passing of James Dobbins. Jim was the closest thing the US govt had to a troubleshooter. He helped fix broken countries,from Afghanistan post 9/11 to Haiti to Bosnia. He was creative & practical both…& truly decent. May his memory always be for a blessing.
