The reason for the request being blocked is that it would require a change in Swiss neutrality policy. The tanks could have helped Ukraine in future offensives

While the Neustrashimy tracks north through the Danish Straits, the Altay-class oiler Kola is at anchor in the Bay of Seine.
Could be an indication on where the Neustrashimy is heading.
