Wagner's center of gravity is the leadership in its assault detachments and other long-time figures like Utkin, Bogatov, Troshev, Ratibor, Mekhan, Lotos, Zombie, etc. All of them have extensive combat experience.
If they leave, it won't be the same organization.

Hard to see how they would integrate into the MoD. For one, Wagner commanders are often much older than their MoD counterparts and they have more room for initiative. Of course, they can also play by different rules that wouldn't be permitted in the Russian military.

As in tweet 132, another accurate strike on a RuAF position on the east side of the canal. On target, an FPV kamikaze drone strike by the FATUM Reconnaissance/Strike Unit of the 3rd Assault Brigade.
