Still unclear what the actual terms of the agreement are that Prigozhin reached with the Kremlin.
This public messaging might be a means of trying to force Prigozhin to abide by them—whatever they are—by threatening criminal proceedings.

@RomeoKokriatski The terms that Peskov laid out wouldn't really solve the situation. I don't think the Kremlin would allow Wagner to keep operating in Africa with Russian government support but be based in Belarus. Also not sure Lukashenko would want Wagner operating from Belarus.
