Ukrainian Air Force said that an air base in Khmelnytskyi Oblast (possibly Starokostyantyniv) was a target of Russian missile strikes last night.
They claim that 13 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles launched from Tu-95MS strategic bombers were shot down.

@squatsons That was probably it hitting the bridge or another target. To detect a Cruise Missile it is best to put an air defense system like Pantsir at a low altitude where it will fly over
Russia probably has Pantsirs at targets they know are high-value potential targets for Storm Shadow

So DPICM is on a topic again. So here is my view.
-----------
@DefMon3:
🧵Leopard and Abrams are great, they are on the way, that does not help Ukraine today.
Ukraine needs DPICM and Cluster munition. Turkey did not supply them, this was a rumor refuted by Turkey and the US.
Below are 4 reasons why. https://t.co/8dcyz2SkmA

"Concerns from allies"
Having done 0 research on this, I'm willing to bet these are our usual suspects. The "dialog police" of geopolitics. (Swedes will understand)
-----------
@EuromaidanPress:
The US military believes that cluster munitions would be useful for Ukraine in pushing back against Russian forces, but they had not been approved for Kyiv yet because of congressional restrictions and concerns from allies.

@Deadlyey5 The entire submersible collapsed within 0.03 seconds or 30 milliseconds. And they died within 2.2 Nanoseconds or 1/450,000,000th of a second. I do wonder if they heard any cracking and knew something was wrong. If not then they definitely didn't have 3% of a second to realize it.

@Zagonel85 They probably need 5 more missiles to destroy the bridge. It's a very small bridge but it's very important since it's the only way to get from Crimea to the rest of Ukraine, the only other crossing is in the direction of the Dnipro River where HIMARS reaches. This slows Logistics
