As @Capt_Navy says, the role Russian Navy seagoing tugs is more general auxiliary than tug.
That made me think of HNoMS Valkyrien, former supply ship before her naval service, decommissioned in '15.

As @Capt_Navy says, the role Russian Navy seagoing tugs is more general auxiliary than tug.
