@centaurblossom @NOELreports Ukraine needs a lot of them. Just because Turkey gave some cluster muntioms months ago, it doesn't change anything. The quantity is significantly more important. USA has millions of climate munitions that they will likely never use, and they would make a big difference in Ukraine

It’s like saying Ukraine needs Howitzers, then one howitzer gets sent by Turkey. That doesn't eliminate the need, they would need hundreds of howitzers to make a different

@VigorousFalcon @NOELreports We don't know what the opinion of NATO experts is. For all we know, they may not be sending them for political purposes. Or refuse to send certain equipment like they did in the past. It's USA that can send a large amount as most of NATO signed the Convention on Cluster Munitions

@OSINTMISCIF @GeoConfirmed My map yesterday predicting the flooding was accurate. Many of the maps that were being spread online over exaggerated the flooding and put it at an unrealistic level
