1. Cluster Munitions (to hit large concentrations of Russian troops)
2. Long Range Missiles (SLAM-ER, ATACMS, or JASSM)
3. Long Range Anti-Ship Missiles (LRASM or NSM)

@ike_mcconnell UK gave #2 Storm Shadow Cruise Missiles but quantity matters too. Even though ATACMS are worse than Storm Shadow, they will still have a big impact on the war. Missiles like SLAM-ER can be put on F-16s or configured another way

@Doha104p3 The reason for getting long-range anti-ship missiles would be to reach into the Black Sea and hit ships launching cruise missiles at Ukraine
Harpoons have a short range and cannot reach Crimean Ports or into the Black Sea. Ukraine only needs 10 LRASMs to hit Russian Kalibr Ships

US is not a signatory to the Convention on Cluster Munitons, and has millions of cluster munitions in its stockpiles. Russia uses them in Ukraine and they would be critical for taking out large concentrations of Russian troops

Russian channels are also sharing news of Colonel Oleg Pechevisty's death. He previously served as a spetsnaz group commander and deputy commander of a spetsnaz regiment. Since 2020, he has led the spetsnaz department at RVVDKU.
