I think it's unrealistic for Ukraine to only have 192 MANPADS. They have thousands. Which is why the documents maybe fake

Ukraine likely has thousands of MANPADS remaining. The documents say 192 MANPADS remain which is unrealistically low. That's why the documents maybe fake or not totally accurate
