Russian channels claim that it wasn't shot down by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Ukrainian Air Force announced that two Kh-59 air-to-surface guided missiles fired from a Russian Sukhoi Su-35 fighter jet were shot down by the Ukrainian air defenses over Odesa Oblast of Ukraine this evening.
