After a look at @MotolkoHelp's interactive map of military movements in Belarus, I suspect the photos below are of the train that was first reported at 1630, Gomel Passenger station.
Reported again at 1700, Novobelitskaya Station, tracking east towards Bryansk Oblast, Russia.

Luhansk Oblast Governor Haidai informed on 08/01/23 that 2 battalions of🇷🇺airborne forces (VDV) moved to Kreminna.
Likely same elements 76th Guards Air Assault Div assessed by UK (12/01) to have recently arrived there.
