Russian forces have cut the E50 road in multiple places and are advancing further south in the direction of Hirnyk and Kurakhivka, according to a DeepState map update from August 28.
The Russians also approached the outskirts of the town of Selydove.

At least the tagesschau claims that the source for this is a Reuters report. I've checked this as it makes me wonder, and I cannot find any Reuters report claiming this. Neither on their X timeline nor via the search function on their website using the keywords “IRIS-T”, “Germany” and “Ukraine”. I also checked via the Twitter search function to see if someone had linked an article, nothing.
I therefore cannot confirm the reports at this point in time. According to current information from the German government, Germany already contracted eight additional IRIS-T SLM fire units to Ukraine (two of which will be delivered this year), bringing the total number of supplied fire...

Germany is supplying two different air defence assets produced by Diehl Defence to Ukraine — the IRIS-T SLM air defence system and IRIS-T SLS launcher.
The IRIS-T SLM system is a complete fire unit consisting of a minimum of three launchers (up to eight possible), a TRML-4D air surveillance radar, a TOC and several support vehicles. Such a fire unit can operate individually. The IRIS-T SLS launchers that Germany supplies to Ukraine are pure launchers which carry and launch the missiles, without radar or the like. In Ukraine, they are integrated into the SLM fire units....

German authorities have informed the Swiss Federal Office for Defence Procurement in a letter that the German Bundeswehr would refrain from procuring certain Swiss armaments in future.
For example, Switzerland prevented the delivery of around 12,000 rounds of ammunition for the Gepard SPAAGs, which are a critical air defence asset in Ukraine.
