12. Small arms taken in today's dawn raid on a SAA post on the Al-Arbekh axis, carried out by Inghimasi of HTS Talha bin Ubaidullah Brigade. Results: 12 SAA KiA + 3 WiA. @QalaatAlMudiq informs at least 1 casualty is from the Republican Guard.
Opps Room hints more raids to come.

We managed to identify which unit these batteries initially belonged to - the Ukrainian 50th anti-aircraft missile regiment, stationed in Crimea prior the Russian annexation in 2014.

After the annexation of Crimea these S-300PS batteries were not returned to Ukraine unlike many other types of military equipment - at the same time they never entered service with the Russian army, as they are missing the standard camouflage.
