@glostermeteor3 @djichuan Yes hard to tell based on the current footage but maybe more will be released. I note a 2nd tank is seen behind it presumably later in the film which might suggest that it sustained some kind of damage, enough for it to be abandoned or require towing.

This is a very plausible explanation that I didn't think of myself.
The location is Kostomarove in Kherson Oblast, deep on the right bank of the Dniper river, so the video was certainly taken before the Russian withdrawal.

Last night, Ukrainian strikes hit the "SOLEMAR" hotel located in the seaside town of Zaliznyi Port in Russia-occupied part of the Kherson Oblast. The attack was presumably carried out with M142 HIMARS or M270 MLRS.
The building was reportedly occupied by FSB personnel.
