wargonzo -> Булюк был ранен в результате подрыва автомобиля в городе Скадовск. Сейчас он находится в тяжёлом состоянии в больнице Симферополя.
Вероятно, сработала мина направленного действия.

There was an assasination attempt on the deputy head of Russian occupation authorities in the Kherson Oblast of Ukraine, Vitaliy Bulyuk.

@Dawid_92PL Yes in terms of DPR/LPR. If you go back to his earlier interviews on that channel he raises the same point a few times.
In fact the debate started much earlier about the economic cost etc of absorbing them back with some suggesting to let them go.
