Russian officials claimed that UAVs attacked an airfield in Kursk, which ignited oil, and the Slava plant in Bryansk. Not clear how much, if any, damage occurred at the latter.

The two tugs likely came from Baltiysk, do not know if they have others in company but that is a possibility.
The Baltic Fleet is running exercises at the moment, with 3 x Karakurts, 2 x Buyan-Ms, 3 x Nanuchka's and 2 x Tarantuls reportedly involved.
