20. Discussion of BTGs became increasingly ill-suited to reality IMO. Like any army, RuAF cobbled things together as losses + objectives dictated. E.g. checking 60 or so 🇷🇺losses at Husarivka in March, 🇷🇺battlegroup contained kit from 4 different regiments.

59/x The #Russia #BTG organization was ill-suited to actual combat. The units were not uniform in equipment and strength and had not trained together, and had to be supplied with divisional supply. This led to poor situational awareness, lack of initiative and adaptation. p30-32

21. Good point and also carried out by Ukraine elsewhere. Unfortunately. Russians later learned from this targeting a dam near Kryvyi Rih to try and flood the Inhulets River downstream in Kherson.

22. The major miscalculation of the RuAF in the southern ground campaign IMO, culminating in the disaster at Voznesensk. They also overreached their forces towards Kryvyi Rih, but here they could at least anchor their flanks on the Inhulets + Dnipro rivers.

@volchonokk_1 Agreed. It turned out to be more of Russian propaganda victory. The river was only raised for a few days and UAF was able to sustain their bridgehead and renew attacks later.
