He says communications remains an issue as units sometimes can't contact their HQ or adjacent units. He noted that Ukraine has effective reconnaissance and can track the movement of Russian units well and strike Russian columns. 3/

He said that they have been arming DJI UAVs with MON-50 anti-personnel mines, but they rarely find light targets with the range of those UAVs and they aren't effective against armored vehicles or concrete shelters. 4/

Lukashenka’s enforcers (GUBOPiK) arrested a man for an “insulting” comment about the death of Vladimir Makei, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.
According to the enforcers, in total, 20 people were arrested in Belarus for the same reason.
