@TreasChest How about Ukraine? Maybe they should at least start training Ukrainians on Patriots

USA gave Patriots to Greece, Romania, Taiwan, Spain, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Qatar, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Netherlands, Sweden, UAE, Jordan but Ukraine🇺🇦 can’t get one battery

@pati_marins64 @UnknownIsPain @Flash_news_ua Yes, other countries gave about 150,000 shells to Ukraine, but it’s nothing compared to the +800,000 shells USA gave Ukraine 🇺🇦

UK 🇬🇧 50,000
France 🇫🇷 ~40,000
Germany 🇩🇪 32,000
Canada 🇨🇦 20,000
Czech Republic 4,000

Italy, Norway, Finland Unknown
Turkey 100,000 not yet delivered

@UnknownIsPain @Flash_news_ua The point is that US is low on Stingers and doesn’t have enough to continuously supply Ukraine it’s why US didn’t give anything since March until this month and plan to ramp up production

Part of the reason Avenger AD wasn’t given earlier was because of the low stinger stockpile

@UnknownIsPain @Flash_news_ua It’s also important to take in account the size/area of the frontline, Russian Helicopters, Fighter Jets, Large Drones, Kamikaze Drones, and cruise missiles

Ukraine needs more stingers, that’s why US just recently gave the Avenger AD because it helps protect holes in air defense

@pati_marins64 @UnknownIsPain @Flash_news_ua In the Donbas region Russia was estimated to be firing 40,000–60,000 152mm shells per day. This compares to about 6,000 155mm shells per day fired by Ukraine

150,000 shells would last Ukraine about 25 days at the rate that they are firings at. US just has low production capacity
Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)

@pati_marins64 @UnknownIsPain @Flash_news_ua Ukriane 🇺🇦 has 270 155mm towed Howitzers and 225 155mm Self propelled Howitzers, and 440 152mm towed howitzers, about 100 105mm towed Howitzers

Ukraine has over 800 other Howitzers and the vast majority of those are Soviet and may be in bad condition or be very low on ammunition

@visegrad24 @noclador A surrender has to be done by all soliders by laying down their arms, they can’t have one of their soldiers unexpectedly firing a gun and killing Ukrainian 🇺🇦 soldiers. That’s not how surrendering works, it means they didn’t surrender properly instead fired at Ukrainian Soldiers.
Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)

@visegrad24 @noclador The Russian Soldier killed and injured Ukrainian Soldiers. The soldiers on the ground likely died due to the exchange. Surrender would’ve been impossible after the 🇺🇦 soldiers were shot. The Russian Soldiers would’ve gotten up and killed the injured Ukrainians that had been shot.

@UnknownIsPain @pati_marins64 @Flash_news_ua According to Ukrainian Military officials Russia still has a significant artillery advantage over Ukraine and a 10:1 artillery advantage in some areas. Even if they use 1/3 of what they used then it’s still a lot lower than what Ukraine gets, and that was only on the Donbas front
Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)

@UnknownIsPain @pati_marins64 @Flash_news_ua Take the 150,000 non-US shells given to Ukraine, it means Ukraine could fire 2 shells a day for a year from each 155mm towed and self propelled howitzers. That’s nothing and shells need to be increased. Artillery is one of the main reasons Russia’s still able to challenge Ukraine
Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)

@UnknownIsPain @pati_marins64 @Flash_news_ua Russia is still firing 20,000 artillery rounds per day, a senior U.S. defense official estimated, while Ukraine is firing from 4,000 to 7,000 rounds daily as of November

So it’s not just one battle, Russia is still out firing Ukraine 4:1
Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)

@UnknownIsPain @pati_marins64 @Flash_news_ua It’s 10:1 in some area and on average it’s 4:1. I don’t get your point, what point are trying to make? Ukraine needs more artillery shells, it’s Russia’s strongest advantage. Being out fired 4:1 is significant. Ukrainian is asking for more which is why capacity needs to increase.
Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)

@UnknownIsPain @pati_marins64 @Flash_news_ua I don’t get the point you are trying to make. Ukraine 🇺🇦 does not have enough shells, the amount they were given by Europe would only last 3 weeks. And in those three weeks they would be out fired 5 to 1 by Russia. They need more and Ukraine is asking that

RT @WarintheFuture: There has been a woefully inadequate debate on the lessons of Ukraine in Australia, including land combat. And nearly all commentators on tanks/armoured vehicles in this nation are poorly informed and obsessed with a narrow view of future conflict. 1/25
