RT @MotolkoHelp: Is Russia withdrawing missiles for S-300/400 SAM systems from Belarus?
Over the past two days, 8 IL-76 of the Russian Aerospace Forces arrived at Machulishchy airfield from Russia. These are 2 flights with 4 aircraft: RF-76605, RA-76767, RA-78789 and RF-76731.

#Ukraine: A very valuable Russian R-330ZH Zhitel jamming and radio reconnaissance station was also destroyed in the infamous Chornobaivka Airport, #Kherson Oblast.

I don't think this can just be explained by poor training and lack of the "right personell", it's likely deeper, both cultural and systemic.

Initiative, creativity, a sense of what the mission is, taking charge of your own situation when the system fails: all is missing.

Russian Sukonkin states there are serious issues with how mobilised units are formed, which leads to them uncontrollably leaving the battlefield. He says that these units' commanders are also mobilised and don't remember anything from their training. https://t.co/QfIsRwXaI5

MiG-31K conducts training flights with Kinzhal missile.
The Belarusian Hajun received photo evidence that Russian MiG-31K (RF-92339), which flew over Belarus escorted by a fighter from Baranavichy, conducted flights carrying Kh-47M2 Kinzhal hypersonic missile.

We note that this is the first photo on the internet, where MiG-31K of the Russian Aerospace Forces with the registration number RF-92339 is carrying Kinzhal missile.

What does this mean?

First, this photo is the first to visually confirm that MiG-31 with the number RF-92339 has been refitted into the K modification (can carry Kinzhal). Before that, there was such information only about RF-92462.

Therefore, it is logical to assume that the 3rd MiG-31K with the number RF-92333, which is in Machulishchy, can also carry Kh-47M2 Kinzhal missile.

Second, this picture fully confirms the assumption of the Belarusian Hajun dated October 18, 2022: we confirmed that on October 16, three aircraft of special modification MiG-31K arrived in Belarus.

The aircraft can carry Kh-47M2 Kinzhal missiles and can launch them at a range of 2000 km.
We also wrote that Kinzhal missiles could be brought to Belarus together with MiG-31K.

The assumption was made based on the fact that on October 16, three military transport aircraft IL-76 of the Russian Aerospace Forces (RF-86902, RF-76722, RF-76724) arrived at Machulishchy airfield from Russia. They could have brought missiles for launching from MiG-31K.

Powerful explosions were heard in Nova Kakhovka, smoke was visible. Presumably the Electromash Plant used by Russians came under fire

@chbkw Morale and motivation are important factors, but very hard to quantity, watching the war from afar.

My impression is that many of the complaints from mobilized units are on poor training, poor equipment and feeling abandoned, not necessarily the fact that they have to fight.
