@KomissarWhipla There have certainly been Tochka-U used in Ukraine—not just the strikes on Russian territory—but I haven't seen any conclusive evidence of air-launched cruise missiles thus far.

Again, the Russian military has demonstrated serious weaknesses over the past week, but they were set up for failure by their leadership.
