Something interesting is being discussed in Russian militaristic chats discussing Kherson region. According to some statements, all “state institutions” / (Russian occupational administrations) are transferred to the left bank of the Dnipro.

According to others, rotation is discussed with a transition to other positions closer to Dnipro and “the beginning of the battle for Kherson”, or even leaving the river to the left bank.

My personal opinion is still very skeptical, I will not believe it until I see it.

And the reason Russia hasn’t advanced for 3 months and is #1 in the tank turret tossing competition is because of US weapons like HIMARS, Javelin, M777, and Stinger.
