The Russians are creating a defense line in the Luhasnk Oblast reminiscent of the Second World War. The defensive line consists of two rows of "dragon's teeth", followed by a trench probably meant to stop vehicles, then firing positions for infantry and vehicles.

@SassyAngel1974 Yet, only light cars as far as I know are allowed. All categories of trucks as well as buses, etc are prohibited from crossing, so they are in line for the ferry. Also, Russian authorities asked "not to use the bridge unless absolutely necessary"

Hugo has tracked SVBIEDs in Syria and elsewhere closer than anyone. I agree that a truck bomb is the best explanation with the information we have available.
