@MilitaryEmpire Key phrase is "seems to have included".

I have seen reports of strikes against power plants and of power outages in several areas.

@tansley_adam Kalibrs have been mentioned, but I'm not sure of how large the Black Sea Fleet contribution was.

Long Range Aviation seems to have made a larger effort today.

RT @DmytroKuleba: This nonsense about Putin being “provoked” must stop. He does not need anything to “provoke” him in order to commit heinous crimes. I ask international media to stop shifting the blame on the victim of aggression by suggesting that Putin “responds” or is being “provoked” 2/2

@OkyKay I guess we will have to wait and see. It should be clarified that the missile hit and did damage to the building. The building is tall and the German Consulate is on the 22nd floor and did not get directly impacted.

#Ukraine: Not all of the cruise missiles fired into Ukraine from Russian aircraft and ships hit their target- here we see extremely rare footage of Igla MANPADS being used to take down a Russian missile on its way to the target.

RT @Rebel44CZ: @HickPhilistine @JonHallin @oryxspioenkop And we have deliberately avoided counting destroyed vehicles at collection points/graveyards to minimize the risk of double-counting (at the cost of some losses not being counted).

RT @DarthPutinKGB: Nuclear armed, permanent security council members have right to deliberately attack civilian targets, annex neighboring lands & conduct nuclear blackmail as long as it's anti imperialist.
Dan (Twitter)

RT @Rebel44CZ: IMO, the US response to these terror attacks against Ukrainian civilians should be to send a lot of ATACMS missiles to Ukraine.
Dan (Twitter)

RT @Rebel44CZ: Russia is once again demonstrating their it is both vicious (by attacking civilians) and militarily incompetent (by wasting its dwindling stockpile of missiles on civilian targets).

❗️Lukashenka started handing over tanks removed from storage to Russia – they are being sent to Donbas.
Yesterday we wrote that an echelon with tanks was seen at Orsha railway station (Vitsebsk region) moving towards Russia.

The video showed at least 12 T-72A tanks and two assumptions were made:
- The tanks were removed from storage by the Belarusian Armed Forces;
- Lukashenka’s regime began transferring heavy armored vehicles removed from storage to Russia.
