Initial impressions:

Today's Russian missile strikes seems to have included an effort to target Ukrainian critical infrastructure, but it's too early to call this the start of such a campaign

Also, Russia would be hard-pressed to sustain strikes of this magnitude over time

-Hit the German Consulate in Kyiv

-Flew 3 Missiles over Moldova

-Shelled 50 areas on the front

-Killed 13 civilians and injured 89 more in Zaporizhzia

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces: Russia attacked Ukraine with Shahed-136 drones from the territory of Belarus.
As of 12:26, Russia had launched at least 83 missiles on the territory of Ukraine.

Dwindling stocks of modern missiles, and unwillingness to risk aircraft to Ukrainian air-defences, makes it unlikely they will press home the level of strikes required for catastrophic damage to critical infrastructure.

The agency said that the strikes were launched from the territory of Belarus and Crimea. Iranian UAVs of the type Shahed-136 were used for the strikes. According to preliminary information, 9 of them were destroyed.

Unfortunately, Russia has the means to continue to hit area targets and cities, causing considerable civilian casualties.

Time will tell if today marks the start of such a phase / campaign (targeting cities), or if this was a one off response to the Kerch bridge attack.

In addition, Anna Malyar, the deputy head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, reported that a total of at least 17 strikes by Shahed-136 drones were launched from the territory of Belarus and Crimea.

@OkyKay I guess we will have to wait and see. It should be clarified that the missile hit and did damage to the building. The building is tall and the German Consulate is on the 22nd floor and did not get directly impacted.
