Svatove
Shelling reported in the area of Novojehorivka indicating further AFU advances.
The AFU repulsed attacks on Terny and Bilohorivka.

Bakhmut
RuAF are really tryharding today, I believe the Russians are making incremental gains, very slowly, and I heard they have already started to look for parade uniforms for the 2024 Bakhmut "liberation" party.

Donetsk
RuAF are trying the same thing here as up by Bakhmut, they are trying to supply the mothers of Russia with Ladas.
Jokes aside, they are really eager to try to encircle Avdiivka, but this front tis not really moving , Russia still have not fully captured Pisky.

Kherson
It seems like RuAF has successfully managed to stabilize the front line. I think it's very likely those fires on the map indicates areas where fighting is going on. The level of AFU advance around Dudchany - Mylove is still a bit unclear.

As most of you already know, there was a smoking accident on the Kherch bridge today. But for those who missed it:

Kerch is a pretty important logistic connection from Russia. This is how they supply most of their southern frontline. This map displays the railroad network.
Def Mon (Twitter)

Russia is very dependent on trains for their logistics. Earlier they could offload the trains on to trucks in the area south of Melitopol. But now they will have to find new and longer routes to provide support for the southern front line.
Def Mon (Twitter)

There is a railway connection from Donetsk towards Mariupol/Melitopol, but as you can see it's too close to the frontline to be used.

I except the Russians to try to repair the Kerch bridge. I think they will be able to repair some parts of it quite fast. They might also start using ferries and barges to transport equipment and supplies to Crimea.
Def Mon (Twitter)

Unless Ukraine get ATACMS, this will only have a temporary effect on the Russian logistics. They need the capabilities to keep striking that bridge to prevent repairs.

A lot of people believe Ukraine have those capabilities, especially Tochka-U to be able to strike at 120km range.
I believe we saw Ukraine use the last of those weapons when HIMARS arrived. There are a lot of places they would have hit if they had the possibility.

And now to the question of today:
