Meaning they’ll move them around to demonstrate the willingness to use nukes so it is just a fear tactic by Russia and does not mean they will be used in war.🇺🇦

@Inc2Get @GeromanAT In my opinion, if Putin is too scared to attack Ukrainian government buildings and Kyiv, hit ships in Odesa, and use other weapons of mass destruction then he will not use nukes. He may do something but he still wants to live and therefore has always used the nukes as a threat.🇺🇦
