This is very likely an air plane accident. I've see people mention secondary explosions, but so far I've only seen one, which could be explained by exploding munition from an air plane.

Alexander Kots confirms that Russian forces withdrew from Lyman to Kreminna, though it doesn't sound like Russia has strong defenses prepared there. He says Ukraine could now push towards Svatove, Kreminna, or Lysychansk.
