From what I understand, surrounded in the Lyman area are the elements of Russia's 20th Combined Arms Army of the Western Military District, BARS-13 'Russian Legion' & BARS-16 reserve units, and possibly mobiks from "DNR/LNR."

#Ukraine: A Russian Tigr-M IMV was hit by the debris of a M31A1 GMRLS missile (fired from HIMARS/M270) whilst travelling over Nova Kakhovka Dam in #Kherson Oblast, destroying it & killing/wounding 3.
The source claims that the missile was hit by air defenses, which is feasible.
