@casusbellintel @ameliairheart @vcdgf555 @Gerjon_ This UAV is owned and operated by the Norwegian company Nordic Unmanned. They are flying maritime surveillance missions under for European Maritime Safety Agency, in cooperation with Finland, Estonia, and Latvia.
Think this flight is unrelated to the pipeline situation.
