The Senate ended up doing it. Same in 2022, this guy who never was in the military, is telling Biden WW3 may start if ATACMS are given to Ukraine.

@m_06320 Crimea was already hit multiple times and was Belgorod. Nothing happened, these are empty threats. It's a tactic they aren't actually going to use nukes. It's a fear tactic, and the West keeps falling for it and are scared of empty words. Russia’s worst nightmare is war with USA.

Basically he came out of college, did a clerkship with a judge. Then was Hillary Clintons campaign advisor, then Obama’s campaign advisor, then got a position in the White House.
